New Year's Eve Dinner

Ring in 2026 with an unforgettable evening at Palm House. This year, enjoy a prix fixe seven-course Japanese Peruvian menu created by Nobu, offered at two seating times.
The first seating includes the full menu, party favors, and a complimentary champagne toast during dinner. This seating is priced at $225 for adults and $65 per child (ages 12 and under), plus tax and service charge. Reservations are available from 5:00 to 5:30 PM, with a two-hour dining experience.
The second seating features the full menu along with added festivities, including party favors, two complimentary glasses of champagne (one during dinner and one at midnight), a hosted countdown experience, a live DJ, and dancing. Priced at $275 for adults and $75 per child (ages 12 and under), plus tax and service charge, this seating may be booked between 8:00 and 9:00 PM. The bar will remain open until 12:30 AM for continued celebrations.
The evening is exclusive to dinner reservations and hotel guests. Enjoy live entertainment throughout the night and a lively, festive atmosphere as we welcome the New Year together.

Booking Policy
By confirming your reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to dine from our New Year's Eve prix fixe menu, priced at $225 per adult and $65 per child (under 12) for the first seating and $275 per adult and $75 per child (under 12) for the second seating. Reservations may be modified or canceled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time. Changes within 72 hours of the reservation are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 72-hour cancellation policy in place for all New Year's Eve reservations. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to your sitting time will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 per person, this will be applied to the credit card details provided at the time of booking.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergens
It is imperative that you make us aware of any dietary requirements or allergies in your party at least 72 hours prior to your visit, otherwise, we may not be able to honor your request on the day. For further assistance regarding dietaries please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to help.
Dress Code
For New Year’s Eve, we kindly encourage guests to embrace elevated cocktail attire to complement the festive and elegant atmosphere of the evening. While jackets and ties are not required, dressed-up looks are highly encouraged, and formal wear is warmly welcomed. Informal clothing such as ripped denim, trainers, baseball caps, t-shirts, and shorts would not be appropriate for this special celebration.
